    I purchased a nebulizer at $49.99. It did not dispense the medicine properly. I called the number on the instructions and was given some suggestions on how to resolve the problem. They did not work. I called **** and a woman told me that 'we have to find out why it doesn't work", among other expressions; giving me the distinct impression that they don't like to accept returns for defective items. However she told me to bring it in when I had a chance. I did so.However, she told me that I had to have a receipt. I told her I didn't recall receiving a receipt at time of purchase, but the receipt was on my credit card. They refused to accept a return. I took a picture of the nebulizer plus the clerk when I left the nebulizer at the store. They told me to take it with me. I told them they didn't understand the process for a dispute with my credit card.I told my credit card company as I am telling you, many stores today are refusing refunds on credit card purchases because they know many times the credit card company will refund the card holder but NEVER COLLECT THE MONEY FROM THE EGREGIOUS COMPANY.(To BBB, if this company responds and you send me a letter indicating that I am to respond within 3 or 7 days from the date of your letter, bear in mind how the mail runs. I have responded many times and the BBB has deemed I didn't respond quickly enough. This is an unconscionable practice; particularly for consumers who DON'T HAVE INTERNET and don't get out much. - Thank you)I

    Hello, I would be happy to help but I would need to collect some information first:

    1. From the letter it says you have already disputed the transaction with your credit card company. What is the reason for the multiple disputes? 

    2. The nebulizer comes with a 5 year manufacturer warranty that is why we have a process in place to ask for an original receipt. We were trying to help diagnose what occurred so we can relay that information to the manufacturer. However I have a note that you left the unit on the counter without the original tubing and said that you would dispute the charge anyway to get your money back. Do you have the original tubing? Can you clarify what you mean by it not dispensing the medicine properly?

    3. What was the date and total on the credit card charge?
