Don't know how far I should take this because it is never about the amount, its the premise of being charged a fraud tip, but I was charged on my debit card a $2 tip ($10 bill) at Union Brothers Brewing. I called to right the situation as I did give $2 cash tip and this was probably just an error. After 2hours **** at Union brother's called Me and was informed of the event. Found the bill and it only had one drink on it when I admitted I got 2. He said that I actually got a deal and should have been charged another $1 for what I got, and I could come back in to pay that $1 or just leave it as it is charged. Naturally I laughed and said that was really messed up. He didn't understand, so I told him I would also contact my bank. I wrote on the receipt total $10, did not write through tip line but gave $2 cash. So in total I'm now paying $14. They further reached out to me and replied there is nothing they can do but talk with staff, that I'm asking for something for free.

When Shaylen had called we didnt have our paper copy of the receipt anymore to verify her claims were correct.
She Had said we didnt charge her for a drink in which **** (our general manager) had said well in that case she got a deal as soft drink is $3 which would have made her bill $13 instead of $10 or the $12 with the alleged $2 false tip. We had informed her we would look in to it but in the meantime we apologized and would refund the $2. Shaylen then stated that we werent going to give her anything for Free as she was honest in telling us about a drink she wasnt charged for. **** had told her no we were not giving her anything for free but he would issue a refund on the $2. She laughed and hung up the phone on him. When she did he tried to call her back to no answer. Then she went on to blast us on every possible platform including the BBB. Myself (**** ***** / Owner) had spoken to Shaylen and told her again we were sorry and that we issued a refund on the $2 and wed retrain our staff and communicate the importance of making sure they are entering tips correctly.

attached is the records showing that the $2 was refunded.
