    The accounting firm has not answered or returned a call for three months. They have my tax files n original records for 2023. I have went to the office n found no one there. They are not in during posted business hours. VM is full n will not take messages. Just want my file back. Thanks for any advice.

    My father passed away in May 2022. Davis and Associates did his taxes for many years. My Estate attorneys for my dads property have been trying to call Davis and Associates for months and no one returns the calls. I have also tried calling myself. The attorneys cannot settle the Estate and are withholding money to see if my dad owes any federal taxes. I want to get my dads estate settled! Davis and Associates neglect to call anyone back so we can settle things. My fathers name is ****** * ******. The attorneys handling his estate is SR Law in Slippery Rock, PA. Please help get this resolved. Thank you

    My husband dropped off our 2021 taxes to be completed. As of July 18th 2022 we still do not have our taxes filed by Davis and Associates LLC. They did call several months ago to our home stating some family illness and several staff having COVID. There messages states they have filed an extension on all returns they have to process. I have recently left two messages on their voicemail to let them know I need my extension letter or at least of our W-2's and SS information as our furnace/air conditioner needs replaced and we need the information for our bank to lend us the money. My husband has COPD and I am really concerned for him without the air conditioning. I need them to give me a call as soon as possible. I cannot believe they can't have someone answering the phone or return messages.
