This company is the worst experience I've ever had with a Merchant processing company. I called for help and it took 3 weeks and 5 emails to get this guy on the phone. His namevis Brian S****** and he is the owner. He started yelling at me and saying things like, "Do you think you're the only customer I have?". Yes, he really said that me. I have contacted the Attorney Generals office and my Senator about the $13k he is keeping from my business. He literally closed my account without any warning or any paperwork from me. THIS GUY IS HORRIBLE. STAY CLEAR OF HIM.

Be advised Kelli W****** who owns WTalent a modeling agency got set up with a merchant account form my company. Kelli started processing transaction and over the last 3 months she had excessive chargebacks/disputes form card holders/models she took money from. The disputes from the card holders/models were that Kelli/WTalent did not provide the services per the agreement and the card holder/model wanted their money back at which she refused to do. Under the rules of Visa and MasterCard a merchant can not exceed a certain percentage of chargebacks (2%), and if they do the rules state that the card brands can hold any money not paid to the merchant for and extended time to make sure there is not going to be more losses and also close down the merchant account. Kelli, WTalent exceeded this threshold by 14% in chargebacks and is pissed off that we have frozen 10,180.00 in funds until the losses stop coming in which can take 90 to 180 days under the rules of a Merchant Agreement. It has also surfaced that Kelli/WTalent owes other credit card processors for unpaid losses, so this complaint with the BBB is nothing more than a pissed off owner who themselves caused the problem but wants to blame everyone else other themselves but the important part of this all is that Premium Card Solutions did nothing other then enforce the rules the Merchant Agreement to protect any losses caused by a Merchant.
