Affordable Dentures provided a new upper denture for me. I financed $1000.00 through *****************************. These funds were sent directly to Affordable Dentures. There is a credit balance of $118.00 on my account. ********************** claims there is no way for them to refund me. I have paid in full and they are claiming the finance company needs to refund. This is not true. They have been paid. The refund should be coming from Affordable Dentures. Please advise how to get the money that is due to me.

As previously stated, Ms. ***** ******** refund was settled in the amount of $118.00. She used *** loan services, and she selected to be funded for a $1,000.00 loan through their portal on 03/04/2025. The patient completed treatment 03/20/2025 and the total cost of her treatment was only $882.00 - leaving a $118.00 credit on her ledger due to overborrowing. The patient reached out to our office and wanted to know how to get her refund, which it was explained she should reach out to *** and let them know she overborrowed. The patient said she was unable to locate any of her paperwork or the contact information from the loan services she used. On April 22, 2025, our office reached out to the loan servicing company for the patient to let them know she needed to do an adjustment on the amount financed. On April 22, 2025, the same day, *** confirmed the adjustment and patient's ledger was balanced out in our system to reflect the adjustment.

*** is responsible for refunding the patient the amount of $118.00 and this should have been completed on or around April 22, 2025.

I have attached the items from the *** (Onederful Financing) for confirmation of the request.

I have needed to replace my upper denture for some time, and went to Affordable Dentures here in **********, **. I had been a customer a few years prior and my current ********************** and implants were done by them. My appointment was on May 10, 2024 where the facility took an X-ray, followed an office worker who came over to give me the cost of a set of dentures. I let her know I was there just for the upper denture and the price changed, and reflected that. Following that was the casting/impression for the denture, where the doctor/owner mentioned I should have the full set done and commented on the poor workmanship of the bottom denture. I told her it was done by her. After the casting, I was walked over for payment and given an appointment for fitting.A week later, I believe it was on May 15, I returned for the fitting. When the dental assistant put the temporary dentures in my mouth I smelled this awful odor from either the teeth, or gloves, but the smell was foul and lingering. On May 24th, I returned for another fitting or final product. I mentioned to the receptionist what I experienced with the foul odor during the fitting on May 15th, and that must of changed the outcome I experienced that day. When I was called to the back for the fitting the dentures would not snap on to the implants. I told the doctor I dont think they will go in and she replied I dont care what you think and proceed to snap them in place. Once in I could feel this gap and told them they were loose. The doctor walked away, and the assistant tell me to give it two weeks, and see how it feels. When I got home and tried them on they were so loose I couldnt eat with them and couldnt pry them off. Still, I tried the next day and again the same problem. On June 7th, I called the office and no one answered. I called their 800 number, and the person had me on the phone for 10 minutes while sending them a message. She told me they would call me back within 24 hours. They never did.

So I paid for the top of the line dentures. Went to have them sized which is free. They’re refusing to do it unless I get xrays. I don’t need X-rays done I just need my dentures fitted. I paid for the top of the line ones because of how long the free sizing went for. I just want to be able to use my dentures
