    I placed an order Saturday to be delivered on the following Thursday. Received confirmation of the date. During my lunch break Wednesday, I received a notification that my arraignment was delivered because the location only delivers to Elizabethtown if they have drivers. I received a call about It at 10am Wednesday morning and It was delivered around 12:30. I was not informed of the restrictions with delivering to Elizabethtown prior to that phone call (which took place during my 9-5 work hours). Also, the time in between the notification and the delivery was 2.5 hours..? I feel misled by not being notified of restrictions IMMEDIATELY when the order when attempted to be placed, or having not received a call or email earlier. How is It possible that It isnt policy to notify someone of this discrepancy? Had I known about the deliver restrictions, I may not have went ahead with the (very expensive) order.

    I'm responding in regards to complaint #******** issued for our business. 

    This order was refunded on Sept 1st at 3:43pm. We also received another order for this recipient to be delivered on Thursday, Sept 1st, the same original date that ***** wanted this to be delivered, but when we notified that customer we were told that he was going to be away on Thursday and therefore they needed it to be moved to delivery Friday. We thought for *****, getting a birthday gift a day early instead of a day late, would be the right thing to do. I am deeply sorry she is so upset, but again I am glad the recipient was able to enjoy his gift and celebrate ahead of time, rather than feeling like an afterthought.
