    Some people here are working for the right reasons, do a good job and show care for their clients. Some I have found a ***** and Ms. ****** specifically to be shady in their business practices and harass clients. They say they submitted an application for funding, and it was denied. Turns out they NEVER even submitted the application once I verified this with the county, they have been nothing but difficult in making this process harder than it needs to be for my friend with a severe brain injury from a coma. They harass his care taker and take advantage of this man. I am part of a small community that utilizes this company and there are many rumors swirling that they have unaccounted for funds of $40,000 that is supposed to be going into the community to help less fortunate people get back on their feet. Either Hamilton Health or a facility they work with is swindling money. Rumors I tell you. But many are saying ***** told them this (add unprofessional to the list). I have plenty of disrespectful emails from these employees. Fortunately, I have not had to deal with anyone else at this facility. They are causing me a great deal of distress and pain.
