    Facts: - My wife and I signed two contracts (Mudroom and Sunroom) with TD Home Renovations on May 18, 2022.- Estimated completion date: October 31, 2022 - Penalty agreement signed March 22, 2023 if work was not completed by April 2, 2023 - Work was not completed by April 2, 2023 and penalty agreement was not paid. A false employee illness was referenced.- Date when job was abandoned: April 7, 2023 - Poor workmanship as evident in photos - TD Home Renovations proposed a settlement on May 21, 2023 but not notarized until July 24, 2023 and as of November 11, 2023 has not been fulfilled.- Attorney General’s office was contacted and despite their efforts to mediate, given the settlement agreement, ********************* advised to seek legal representation as there was nothing more that the AG’s office could do unless they received several other complaints and then the AG would get involved. Opinion: While there are several other facts that we could reference, we believe that the ones listed above and the photos attached are the most objective to help other homeowners make the decision that they're most comfortable with for their projects. Our relationship with TD Home Renovations began well during the contracts discussions and designs. As the work progressed, very slowly given the minimal working hours on site, the lack of follow through, poor workmanship, and lies became blatantly evident. We were even threatened with a Mechanics Lean at one point if we didn't pay for partial work that had been completed. As human beings, we wish TD Home Renovations and those associated with the company well but as a contractor, we hope that they change their ways of working for their own good and for that of other homeowners. Attached is the arbitration demand letter and Relief #1 was fulfilled. The settlement document attached is for Relief #2 which has not been honored since July 24, 2023.

    Magisterial Judge has now now issued judgement as per attached. We now also continue to have warranty issues that TD Home Renovations is not honoring. We ask that BBB please take immediate action.
