    We paid for services while I was incarcerated promising to contact and evaluate me I have had no contact with the business and would like a refund for services not rendered

    I do not have any information for ***** ******. 

    Do you think he could send more information? Sometimes clients are told that we were hired by a friend or relative of the inmate, when actually we were not. Unfortunately, in
    this business we deal so much with dishonesty. If we did make a mistake, I would certainly want to make it right.

    I am rejecting this response because: well I am ***** ****** I never accepted a plea deal nobody ever spoke to me from this company

    I would like to establish a refund I never canceled or confirmed services were no longer needed I am still going to court over this I bonded out this year

     Tell us why here...*** ******, I apologize for the confusion. We took your case on July 14, 2020. Your attorney ****** **** never responded to my calls. I also tried to reach out to your mother, ******* *******. No response. I wanted to know if you had received our paperwork. I was referred to Corporal ***** who told me that the jail does not track mail. When we did not hear from you or your mother, I think we assumed that you took a plea deal. It's been 28 months! No one has ever tried to make contact. Our fees are non-refundable, however we are willing to complete your assessment and then your report. Now that you are no longer incarcerated it will make communication much easier. We have never received any letters of support or any photos, so if you want to move forward, please give me a call. Your charges are very serious, and our report could make a big difference in the outcome of your case.
