    In Feb, 24, I bought my sister concert tix and reserved a hotel 3 hours away from us at ********************** 8 in ********** for her birthday, June 15. Concert and our reservation was for June 15 -16 Concert started at 730 at *************. We arrived at ********************** 8 around 330. When we arrived, staff took 20 minutes and kept saying she couldnt find our reservation. I had paid for it months ago and was getting frustrated. It was my sisters bday. We still had to get settled and planned on going out for a nice birthday dinner. Finally her manager came over and found our reservation. ***** was so nasty and embarrassed bc she kept fighting with us that I didnt have a reservation and then was embarrassed when her manager found it. I had to provide a credit card to hold on file and while she was processing my card, I asked my sister if she minded eating at the hotel since it was now 330 and we hadnt even gotten checked in yet. My sister teplied to ME that she didnt want to eat at the hotel. She wanted to go somewhere nicer. ********** was filthy and smelled). The clerk screamed at me, I dont like HER attitude.(not mine, the reservation holder-but my guests) Clerk yelled, Im cancelling this reservation. I begged and pleaded with her but she refused. It was getting late and I didnt want my sisters birthday to be ruined or I would have called the police to file a complaint. ***** said I will refund your money and despite my 20 calls there, to this day my money has not been refunded. I did NOTHING to deserve that and all my sister did was say the truth-the motel was not the cleanest and not where she wanted to spend her birthday. Can you please help me get my money back???? I ended up having to pay for another hotel almost an hour away after we just drove 3 hours.
