    Purchased to light pendants from the sotre and then:- tracking info unavailable - did not arrive - multiple emails to company without response - multiple voicemails without response - only one response that said "oh check your spam" without any real information about product and no response to any follow up - no reimbursement and no product, ripped off.

    Transaction date 11/4/22. We purchased lighting fixures from this company, only to be shorted one of the fixtures, and the other one was received damaged. We attempted on multiple occasions to contact them to have this corrected, but have only gotten responses maybe 1/3 of the time. We are looking for compensation in the amount of $300.90 for the fixtures, plus approximately $100.00 in freight charges

    I am rejecting this response because: They advised us they were shipping the replacements no charge, but they charged our company credit card for the purchase of these replacements; they did NOT ship them no charge. Please see attached e-mail with the confirmation of the charge.

    Hi there,

    So sorry for any confusion but the replacements for the original order (Order ID #***** dated November 9, 2022) were sent free of charge.

    A different and new order was placed by the customer for the same items. Attached is the order page dated April 24, 2023 -- ************************* placed this order on Online Store (checkout #**************).
