I followewd their procedures and policies as directed. They changed my due date, thus appearing to make me LATE. Thus, taking my family coins and my wife high school ring. I have reciepts, pictures and discriptions of past employees who as of now  are no ***** employed. So they say!

Capitol city **** offers collateral loans for 120 days. Everytime interest is paid, the load reinstates. As per our system and business operations, if you exceed the 120 days, your item forfeits. We have a system set in place where we send text message notifications and a mobile app. Im sorry you have lost your items.

At Capitol City ****, the last thing we want to do is forfeit our customers items. However, there are regulations we have to follow. Our company gains more interest in renewing loans and continuing business with said items, then to forfeit.

we are sorry you lost your items.

The system they have in place is or was not the problem. The is they changed the dates of my transaction. Their employees were responsible. It was not my fault. I wish to continue this matter. They knew I had know intent to sell nor lose my family items. I'm to fight to prove. Contact your past employees if you want the true.

Thank you for your service. I will in deed follow through by contacting Consumer Protection. Who in their right mind would allow family coins and jewelry to be taken away. I can not let this rest.
