      We have always boarded our dog at Noah's. This last time, however, will be the last. They took our dog back knowing his shots were not up to date in their system. When our dog was picked up, his things were not given to take home. When it was questioned, we were told we were dummies for sending these things and that it wasn't their f-ing problem. At no time during the conversation would they take blame for any of their actions and continued to escalate the conversation with upset customers. When told that we would be contacting the manager and the BBB- the worked laughed and said BBB was worthless. When I showed up in person, our dog's things were sitting right there in the waiting room. All of this could have been avoided if they said, we are sorry that the items were not sent home- let me check to see where they are.
