    These guys are the wirst combination of criminal and incompetent I have ever encountered. We keep getting pay-by-plate bills generated by this company despite having EZ Pass which isnt suppose to be happening. Why? Your guess would be as good as ours. We have no idea and these guys refuse to explain. But hey keep sending bills. When challenged using debt collections law, the went turtle. They refused to a set anything and ignore even the **********************************. When we punched through the active avoidance using the BBB? They are being harassed? What they are not doing is explaining why our bills are twice as high as they should be. Instead, they blocked our registration, sent he bill to collections, and threatened to impound our vehicle. When we punched through that? This organization claimed it sis exempt from debt collection law. ?????Not at all comfortable with an organization that hands out bogus bills and tries to impound you care to satisfy a debt they cant even validate. This is like dealing with cartoon villains.
