    We hired as a dj and officiant service for our wedding (May 2023) in June 2022. We attempted to communicate with ******** on many occasions we not much success. We attempted to schedule to meet with her to review officiant speeches and dj timeline. On several occasions it took weeks to hear back from her. I paid off the rest of the balance her for her services December 1st 2022. It was expressed that we would have a meeting 2 months prior to the wedding to discuss though there was limited and at times no response at all which made us feel uncomfortable as the date is fast approaching. March 10th I reached out to again try to schedule a meeting and she did not respond for 20 days. On March 24th I attempted to correspond with her again no response. My fiancé emailed her, again no response. She finally responded on March 31st but she did not answer about scheduling to meet and said texting is better. I texted the number she gave me, with again no response. On April 2nd we emailed her to let her services go as we needed to get a dj hired. We asked for the last payment to be refunded (not the whole thing as she did save our date for us) however… this is the only response we got from her. That she will not refund any of our money due to a contract. However the agreement states she can withhold any payments we made, though it also states that there will be “open communication” with the bride, which had not been fulfilled. We would like as much back as possible as she had not provided any services. Though to be fair we are asking for at least 360$ back to help pay for the retainer fee for our next DJ. I messaged April 3rd, her pleading with no response.

    I reached out to this business for a DJ/officiant for my wedding that was happening on 9/24/2022. We made contact on 9/13/2021 a year in advance. We set up a payment plan and I finished paying her off the 850.00 on 6/7/2022 well before the wedding was to happen. on 9/12/2022 she contacted me and stated that she was unable to perform at my wedding due to her mother needing a kidney transplant and she would work on finding a replacement. I waited a few days and seen that her mom did get the transplant then I messaged her and stated that I would take the stress off her and find my own replacements. Which I did and asked for a refund and she said I would be refunded. I waited some more for a refund no response. We are not four days away from my wedding and I still need to pay for my new DJ and officiant and still no refund. I keep getting promises that her accountant is going to send the refund but nothing not date of expected refund nothing....
