    That is the worst company to work with. DONT WORK WITH MEMBER SOLUTIONS! They are withholding 100% of our funds without any contractual basis. If they simply decide not to deposit our money, they just do it, without considering the bills and obligations we have to pay. Unbelievable!!

    This company is nothing more than a money hungry corporate scam. Don't bother trying to cancel a contract even for medical reasons because they will likely find a way to decline the request. They do not care if the reason is due to a child's medical condition or if the classes they are attending are now triggering their medical condition. They would rather watch a child become more ill than lose a ***** of their money. They will give you the run around and not provide proper communication, even if you ask for them to call you, they would rather sit behind their computer and be keyboard warriors. All they want is your money. Run, run far away if any company uses this company to manage their contracts.

    They will screw you over extremely. They stated that I never requested for a refund I did ask for a refund and they never gave me anything. I requested my contract and never received it through email because they stated that it takes a couple of days. They never provided details on how she may cancel the automatic renewal on the current membership. KEEP IN MIND THEY STATED THAT THEY DID WHICH THEY NEVER DID. Plus I gave them a notice that I was pregnant and they still want me to pay five more months so they my account can officially close. Additionally I can provide as many screenshots as I can of emails that I sent to this company in regards to my information.
