    I purchased cookies and was pretty excited about it but unfortunately, when they arrived, and shared them the next day, I couldn't give them away. They were stale. When I contacted the company, the woman was so rude, accused me of lying. She got offended and said nobody else has complained. Well lady, nobody is perfect and the cookies were stale. $46 after shipping for 6 cookies! Then she refused to speak to me. I went to their ******** page and posted stating they were stale. She deleted the comment and blocked me, I have another ******** page and posted that the cookies were stale, blocked me and my friend also posted that the cookies were stale and he was blocked. I have NEVER been treated so poorly in my life by any business. They should be ashamed of herself if she's the owner. I am seeking a refund and an apology for accusing me of lying

    1/31 I ordered 1 ****** cookie tray from Lochel's bakery, by email - as was instructed per their FB post. I included all requested information of name, address (* ***** ** Whiting, NJ *****) + phone #. They were to shipped on 2/8 by ***. 2/1 I received, by email, an invoice for $69.95 which was paid by credit card. The invoice clearly states that Lochel's is not responsible for delayed or lost shipped items. 2/10 I received email asking for my phone #. I work at a school, not allowed to speak on phone. I said I could text, responded with the phone # of the home the package was to go. The next email (not text) was stating that *** goes by zip code and the one I provided goes to another town. I frantically responded naming other nearby towns, describing the home etc. I thought that she was maybe speaking to the delivery people trying to find the house to drop off. idk. I ******* the address and took a quick screen shot of the area and passed that along. In the meantime, the surprise I was trying to send was ruined. I had to tell my stepmom about it + ask her to ask her neighbors for the package. I confirmed her address. She told me that there is ***** CT, LN and RD that are all one street so I passed that info along to Lochels - thinking maybe she could help out. No luck. I requested tracking info, this morning to see if carrier had proof of delivering. *** ****************** It shows that it was shipped on 2/8, delivered on 2/9 at 2:55pm to Whiting, NJ left at a front door. It doesn't state person or street name and no photo is attached. I filed a claim with ***. I emailed Lochels, stated the above, asked If they had some solution to offer. Response was: I gave her the wrong address + she attached her parcel shipping order, which shows SHE has the wrong address. I pointed that out and she told me she will not answer any more questions. She was done with email until tues. Told me to go to ***. They are bewildered. I also called + was told she can't talk til tues.
