  In 2010, we hired C and C Roofing to replace our roof. It was fine until last year. They came out and did a small patch after the roof was leaking. All good until Jan of this year. Roof was leaking again, specifically down the side interior wall. I called C and C again. They came out and said they had no time to fix the roof. However, they did spend 3 hours putting a tarp on that cost $500.00. They got angry when I asked why they couldn't just fix the roof in that time. So , two months later I hired:

  ********** ******* *********** was called in to fix a leak at above property.
  C&C roofing had tarped this section of roof. When ********** went to patch the roof C&C had put 27 pieces of lath on the tarp with an average of 8 screws and nails in each piece resulting in about 216 holes in the roof. To fix this, ********* had to replace this section of roof.
  The location of the leak was at the bottom of the roof causing the plywood to be wet and because C&C didn’t replace the older plywood in this section it caused a hump in the roof where the new and old plywood met. After time this caused water to leak in the nail holes.

  So it cost me 10,000 for a new roof , NEVER USE C&C ROOFING unless you want to spend more money

  C & C replaced my entire roof in 2014. 5 years later: shingles were buckling, leak noted on 1 section of roof. Technician Scott noted roof ridge not properly done by his company. At this time, they repaired the buckling shingles below the ridge... In 2023 (only 9 years later), I had several roof leaks, damage to bedroom ceiling, soft areas of plywood, nails popped, shingles not extended far enough over drip edge, leaks around sewer vent and some flashing. C & C wanted $6800 to attempt to discover source of leaks. Technician Steve came out in June, 2023, to inspect previous repairs and new issues. He stated a roof really should last longer than 9 years... I had another contractor out to replace the entire roof (again) at the end of 2023. I feel C & C's workmanship was sub-par, and I shouldn't have required a new roof so soon.

  I was quoted in Mid Oct to have a commercial roof repaired. Temp needed to be in the 50’s without any rain for 48hr. They quoted a sealer coat and a finish coat . Work was not done for 6-7 weeks - end of Dec. temp was 30’s with rain in 24 hrs. AND they never out the primer sealer coat on the leak area nor did they put the gravel back on the area to prevent ice formation. I questioned them on this and their response is - you only needs to pay 50% which was the deposit and we are not going to do anything else. Incredible Now it is too cold to have the leak repaired and they will do NOTHING!!! But take my 50%. This company needs to step up and fix the problem .

  We first contacted C&C Family Roofing and Siding based on a recommendation from a neighbor that spoke highly of them. Our initial contact with their customer service intake person was very welcoming. We were looking to have our attic fan removed due to lack of use as well as slight leaking that was coming from the area at the base of the attic fan. About a day later, we had a face to face estimate given and we were satisfied with the pricing and honest estimate of a timeline along with an explanation of the services that were to be provided. Fast forward to a few days prior to the work being done, we received a telephone call conforming the work and arrival time of the roofing technician. On the day of, a C&C Family Roofing and Siding technician arrived and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Not only did the technician do and excellent work, he gave full explanation of the services provided. Going beyond the scope of service in my opinion, he offered to blow the fallen leaves from our roof. It’s the little things like that, which means the most. With amazing professionalism from start to finish, we would high recommend C&C Family Roofing and Siding.
