    If patience is a virtue, so is the WOW computer team. Especially Jason. He is standing by while we are printing over 200 pages of a medical report.
    The WOW computer is fantastic. It allows someone like me in their 70s to use a computer to complete a variety of tasks.
    Let's hear it for Jason, the WOW staff and it's fabulous invention the WOW computer

    My name is Theresa M***. I bought a WOW Computer. I love it. I spoke with the technician Cory. Cory was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. I greatly appreciate Cory's expertise. Cory helped me with DVD/CD external player, where to buy one, and the best deal. I hope I get Cory again to help me with my WOW computer.

    I appreciate my time with Cori because she was articulate, skillful, and patient. She told me things I didn't know. I think she was awesome and deserves a raise because she was really the best representative I've ever had!

    When I called in today about my printer, I received Nick over the phone. He talked me through what to do to get connected to the printer again after it was disconnected. It was a calm experience and very easy to complete. I think the Telikin has been working very well for me. I found out how to navigate with it overtime and it's working perfect!

    I absolutely love, LOVE the computer! The service help, Nick for example today, helped me so much as a 93 year old who requires a little more patience than the average person. With his help I was able to get my printer all hooked up and working again! Without Telikin's help over the phone it wouldn't be possible to do so much. I am super grateful!

    Today on the phone with Nick, he was very patient and informative with me. With getting logged onto the bank it took a few tries but we got it to work with some hard work and now all of it is laid out for me in an easy to understand way. Thank you!!!
