    i greatly appreciate all the help I've received from the techs at Telikin. They have been a big help with assisting me with issues and helping me with my stuff that i have a hard time doing. Everyone has benn extremely nice and really take the time to make sur they help solve the issues at hand

    As a senior I am frequently frustrated by a technical problem with my computer. Your technical support service is therefor invaluable to seniors like myself. It enables us to be a meaningful part of a rapidly advancing technical society. I want to also commend the fine young people who provide not only there technical expertise but there kind and supportive manner. I always look forward to speaking to all your many service providers. For example, David was extremely helpful in finding an article I thought that I had lost. Bravo to him.

    It's a fun computer that is supposed to be for older people (or anyone else in the world) It's amazing and 5 stars. Everyone that I've talked to that also uses your services, is very pleased with it. We love the ability to add photos of grandchildren and such, just having a good time with the device. The customer support also responds very rapidly.

    I'm very pleased with the computer. I need to learn more about and would like to learn more about how to use it. It's easier to use than other computers.

    I'm happy with the telikin.

    The support group is very helpful, they are better helpers than other support teams.
    I seem to lose track on how to use the telikin, so I am always constantly calling, and its good to know somebody is there.
