    Contracts entered into with ****** ***** who operates as **** ******* *** ******** and also as 309 Home Design. The first company installs. The second is to buy the cabinetry. First contract was March 30, 2023 by 309 HOME DESIGN KITCHEN AND BATH for 1,086.26 for cabinetry. Paid in full. Then on April 17, 2023 for cabinets 2,991.12, paid in full. April 21, 2023, paid in full 4,014.16 for cabinets. On June 8,2023 paid in full 8,790.44 for cabinets. On June 9 with D&R entered into installation contract. Starting labor was for 4270.00. Paid 3000.00. Balance 1,270.00. He never returned to complete. Paid for installation of appliances and plumbing of 2,620.00 which was never completed. He left the third week of June never to complete the unfinished job of my kitchen installation. No return calls or emails. I have been for months without a stove or sink. He also left exposed live wires in my walls. Damaged some of the cabinets that were half installed. Installation was not done properly and cabinets had to be reinstalled by another contractor whom I had to hire costing extra funds. This is not the first time these companies have left the job. There are now reviews stating this continued operating procedure. Since this, I have a court date with ***** County magistrate on October 12, 2023

    Court hearing Rescheduled for December 14. Dependent did not show for the hearing in November 2023.
