The dealer recommended an extended warranty which we were told covered everything. We had a repair a few months ago and the warranty company stated that the repair was not covered and then we found out that many items are not covered. We contact the dealer in October to cancel the warranty. The dealer refuses to even respond and has not canceled the warranty. The total is $5,493.00 and we are entitled a pro-rated refund.

The company did finally respond to me after I left a negative review yesterday. Today, they emailed me a cancelation form to sign.

***************** contacted Campers Inn by email on October 31, 2023 about canceling the *** extended service contract they had purchased with the **************** motorhome they purchased from Campers Inn.

Unfortunately our Business Manger had resigned a week earlier on October 14, 2023 and that is the only person in the dealership that can process *** cancelations.

Our new Business Manager started on November 1, 2023 and unfortunately we had a backlog of contracts and cancelations that had accumulated and it has taken a little time to get caught up.

***************** *** contract cancelation has been put into process as of 11/30/23 and *** with send a prorated refund to **** ** ******* who is the lien holder on the motorhome.

We apologize for the delay, unfortunately we were without a Business Manager for several weeks and that is what caused the delay in cancelation
