    We were moving from United States to China and we signed a contract with ******* International Movers (*******) to pack our luggage and send it to China. Sea Gate Services Inc (Sea gate) is a partner of ******* International Movers, and they were in charge of the actual work. On June 14 2022, we signed the contract with *******, and on June 21, Sea Gate packed and took our luggage from my home. We were waiting from then. However, according to *******, Sea gate lost track of the luggage and was not able to find them anymore. In the communication, ******* kept giving us false information: e.g. On Sep 07, ******* told us the luggage has been put into a container and about to ship to China, but actually our luggage was sent to a wrong place and they don’t have any clue where it is. From what ******* say, looks like they are ready to settle this case by simply paying us some penalty, which is totally not acceptable to us. The luggage contains a lot of personal items with our 18-year memory in the United States, and we can’t afford to lose it AT ALL. ******* seems to take it very lightly. I can’t find *******’s business name in BBB. I was shocked that ******* can operate in the United States without a formal business name or registration! They are not capable of tracking their cargos and they kept giving false information, which means they are not qualified for such service. Here I file a complaint on Sea gate and *******. I strongly urge Sea Gate to locate my luggage and send it to us ASAP. I also hope BBB can thoroughly investigate *******’s qualification to operate in the United States. If they don’t have such qualification, they should immediately quit the United States market to avoid such tragedy happen to other families again.

    I have not received our luggage and ******* told me officially that they lost my luggage and they can't find it anywhere.

    Sea Gate Services Inc is a partner of ********************* Movers and we were in charge of packing and transporting **************** luggage to China. We were informed by ******* that the luggage was misplaced during transit and unfortunately, we have been unable to locate it.

    We understand the sentimental value of the items in the luggage and the frustration caused by this situation. We are working closely with Neptune to find a resolution and are committed to doing everything we can to locate the luggage and have it delivered to ************ as soon as possible.

    We apologize for any false information that may have been provided to ************ and assure you that this was not intentional. We are taking steps to improve our communication and tracking processes to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

    We take all customer complaints seriously and are committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Sea Gate Services is the company responsible for the delivery of my shipment from Shanghai, China. On Oct, 3rd I received the first email from them regarding my shipment arriving at Oakland port in California. Today is Nov, 7th, but I haven't received my shipment yet. When I texted Peter D******** regarding the shipment today, Peter texted that I need to contact the shipping company in Shanghai. I need your help to ask them to deliver my shipment to me. I have been waiting desperately for my furnitures and clothes.
