    ****************************** my car and caused damage on the front left of my car. The van did not stop after the accident. I have a dashcam and I have a video recording of this incident. On the video you can see the company name and phone number painted on the van. This was a hit and run accident. A body shop appraised the damage about $2,600. I think Fox Painting's insurance company is responsible for the damage.

    After an investigation, it was proven that this person's claims are false. His insurance company found him liable for the damages from this incident. They issued me payment for the damages he caused. In the dashcam video of the incident you can clearly see this person making a left turn from the center lane (not a turning lane). He struck my driver who was driving freely in the left lane. I take any allegation like this very seriously and told this person that we would respect the results of the investigation. The investigation proved that this person's claims were false and unwarranted.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 22254302, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. My perception of this incident is the same as I stated before but I respect the insurance company's decision.
