    We were promised that if we were unhappy with the timeshare, we could sell it. That was a lie. We were never informed about the additional fees required just to use our points, nor that these points would expire. There are never enough points, and the locations we want to visit are rarely available. We were also not told that maintenance fees would continue to rise over time. The entire process has become so frustrating that weve lost the desire to use it altogether. We certainly dont want to burden our children with it. The timeshare is fully paid off, and we simply want to cancel it.
