    Bought a 2023 Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid in December 2022. Paid for vehicle in full and only got one key . Was promised a second key. Contacted Toyota and they said we would get it in April. Now they tell us it will be another 5 months before we get the second key.. The dealership says it’s not their problem and the salesman doesn’t want to hear from us again. Buyer beware

    Awful customer service, when asking salesman to speak to a manager, on two occasions, he said "they are in a bad mood today, they may not even sell you the car if you don't give a trade in". Very rude, not sure if it was because I was a single woman in a car dealership, or this is the way they normally treat all of their customers. When I detailed this in an email to one of the salespeople, she said she would pass it along to her manager and I never heard from them again. Do not buy from these people, Toyota in Scranton has much better business practices.
