    Jan 4 2019 roof completed. New shingles over existing ones and fixed the venting. Weeks after roof completed the shingles were all over the road and in yards. had men nail the roof in March aft weeks attempt. End of April was texting and calling *****. The shingles are all sliding down. Had *** gutter to check why water was pouring over the sides and pd. $150 to tell me the gutter isn't blocked but the shingles are covering it. They took pictures for me. Sent the pics to ***** (contractor) and he answered once with his right number to call. Called many times and texted and he said would come over a Friday in which I waited 3 hrs. and I called and told him I need the shingles pushed back because the water is running into my foundation and my attic will leak. I have 4 more years on the warranty for labor. I reported him to Att. General and they said his license lapsed May of 2019. I don't know what to do. Att. Gen said they cant tell me what to do and they cant tell the contractor neither . Please help me with this situation. The shingles are 4 years old only. ***** ********* I have a video but too large to send.

    Got second opinion from licensed roofing contractor. All shingles are sliding and lots are buckled. Will  get worse. All shingles have to be removed and done over. Roof is a mess.
