    On 11/20, my husband contacted ASAP Service Co to have a dumpster delivered. We have had other dumpsters ordered and delivered from this company before with no prior problems. He was told it would be delivered the next day. We had to work so we would not be home. My husband sent the owners wife a text message of where to place said dumpster, and no complaints were given. The dumpster was dropped off on 11/21 in a different location than asked, which wasn’t a problem, but one of our bushes outside was destroyed. We did not receive a phone call or communication about any issues. I called at 4:30pm on 11/21 to ask why we weren’t contacted. ****** answered the phone and while I was explaining the situation, I heard screaming in the background with very derogatory comments being made about myself and my husband. I tried to explain that I just wanted a phone call, but was met with ‘you’re stupid’ comments and other very ugly remarks. We asked for the dumpster to be picked up as we no longer want to do business with a man who speaks to us that way. ****** ******* (owner of ASAP) came back today 11/22 to pick up the dumpster. He was unsuccessful at doing so and instead tore up our backyard as well as the neighboring township property - while screaming more derogatory statements at myself and my husband. We have video evidence of him stating that he speaks to all of his customers this way - this is available for dispersal if requested. We would now like our property to be repaired and the bush that I greatly enjoyed to be replaced properly. If he would not have talked to us like he did I would not be requesting this, but he has made it very known he does not have an ounce of respect or care for what he has said or done.
