    May 23, 2022 I purchased a pack of extensions from this business which I’ve been buying from for more than 5 years. Never had a complaint about the product till this day. I contacted them on September 2 to explain that the product that was sent was defective, and not the quality I paid for ($142.50) It took a month for me to be able to speak with a supervisor, who simply says that regardless of the fact that they sold me a defective product, based on they policy, the guarantee already expired. It’s sad and frustrating to see business try to steal people’s money in such way. He could have certainly make an accommodation, especially after seeing a video that was sent to them where they could clearly see that the hair was defective. I asked then to either exchange it or to reimburse me my money which they declined. I do not want anyone else to experience what i am experiencing, for a business to think they can sale you a defective product and try to get away with it using a “company’s policy”. I will truly appreciate it if the BBB can help me resolve this issue.

    May 23, 2022, ***** ******* bought a pack of hair extensions with the value of $142.50, and on October 8, 2022, contacted us to notify that the product was defected 5 months after her purchase, a copy of the purchase policies along with the receipt was attach to the package 

    The policies of Afro Latina Hair Extensions are very clear where it indicates that after 15 days of your purchase they are not subject to changes or returns, each customer who buys our product receives the exchange and return policies and the purchase invoice also indicates it and it is explained to the customer before making any purchase of our product.
