I would not recommend St Lukes Pavilion to anyone. I would not even put my dog there. Most of the nurses are uncaring and have no compassion. The aides are too busy on their cell phones to care for the residents. My mom was at ******** due to dementia and a pelvic fx. Nurses were rude to residents including my mom and our family. The aides would bring out food trays for residents and alot of residents couldn't feed themselves including my mom. They would leave the tray in front of them and in 20 minutes would remove tray whether the residents ate or not. If it wasn't for myself and my sister my mom would not have eaten anything. Also they would leave my mom in soiled pants for over an hour even after I told them to change her. What my family went through and what we've seen at ******** in the over 2 months my mom was there before she passed away was a horror show.
