    Cant even give them a one rating!! Poorest company we have ever felt with. Called Spartan and the salesman, **** *****, built us our order for our basement floor, which was stated multiple times. Our contractor contacted Spartan multiple times, as the instructions and videos were sketchy at best. Floor was prepped diligently, cleaned thoroughly and base coat, metallic coat and top coat applied. Contractor also contacted **** regarding top coat that was sent in 1 application. **** stated yep, 1 coat of top coat. 1/2 way through applying the contractor was overwhelmed by the fumes which we were told no respirators or ventilation were needed. Upon getting home from work we were hit with the strong top coat fumes. Our contractor and us were physically sick from the smell. The floor appeared to be beautiful, however after 5 days the floor was still tacky. After many phone calls with **** we were able to get ahold of another salesman, ***** *****. The 1st conversation was great and he admitted that they sent us the top coat for a garage, not a basement. ***** stated that we would need to apply zylol to get the floor to cure. That was done 5 times and floor was still tacky. We were then told we would have to take the top coat off and reapply, Spartan agreed to send us new topcoat at their expense. We asked for compensation for labor and supplies. The 2nd call with ***** did not go well, he told us they would not compensate us at all! This is a horrible company to work with. They made an error and will not stand behind it. We have tried reaching the corporate office and have been unsuccessful. Heed warning if you decide to work with this companyDO NOT!!! Horrible unprofessional salesmen!!

    I shopped several places looking for a whole home epoxy kit. Spartan went above and beyond with the customer service. I had several questions regarding materials and installation and spartan was 2nd to non when it came to answering any questions I had. They went as far as talking one on one on a Sunday when it came time to apply my epoxy. Ill recommend them 100x over. When it came to questions with the competition they would send me a link to read in their FAQ. I needed a humans responses and only got that with Spartan!
