On September 3, 2019, TasteXGeraldLove came to the attention of BBB. At that time, an investigation was prompted by several complaints filed against the business. These complaints stated consumers paid for merchandise from TasteXGeraldLove and after months of back and forth communication, they never receive their merchandise and the company can no longer be contacted for a refund.
As of October 3, 2019. BBB has exhausted all forms of contact to the business. The website is no longer operational and all postal mail communications are returned to sender. Consumers with outstanding concerns are still encouraged to file a complaint for BBB records. BBB urges caution when choosing whether to do business with a company whose physical location is unknown.
