    Alumni counseling service around 8/31/22 said they would help with my student loan forgiveness but I had to pay a certain amount so I've been paying 200 since 9/9/22. I received a letter in November from ********** my student loans consolidation that said they didn't receive any payment from any one. They reassured me that Alumni consolidation services are fraud.

    I was contacted by Max R******* and Mario S**** informing me of student forgiveness loan. He stated he was an Alumni Counselor Associate that assists with partial or full forgiveness loan. Max stated I had the full forgiveness loan. I am to receive a letter from the Department of Education. I am to pay nothing on the loan. I googled the site and called to confirm if this was a fraud. A Raphael answered and connected me Mario s****. I still don’t know if I gave a credible agent my info. They stated I only needed to 4 monthly fees of $240.- that will be taken from my cash app card. I gave info and last 4 digits of SS. I needed to give 2 check stubs from the last 30 days of work. I gave info to everything accept check stubs. Sept. 02, 2022 is the first payment that will be drawn. Is this a scam. If so, giving them this info could be detrimental. What should I do?

    spoke to *******, she stated that she did not mean to submit a complaint, but she meant to just ask a question. Please remove the complaint as ******* did not mean to send it and it is not a valid complaint. Thank you
