Complaint Against Hershey Psychological Services (HPS) In March 2024, **** ****** of *** was appointed to conduct reunification therapy as part of a custody case after an investigation confirmed I was the target of parental alienation. However, the reunification process was delayed and proceeded much slower than expected. Despite meeting with the children individually, there was little progress, and both I and other professionals raised concerns about the pace and effectiveness of ****** approach. Although advised to adjust her methods, **** ignored these recommendations and continued with her ineffective strategy. This prolonged process ultimately worked against the goal of reunification, as **** encouraged the children to delay reconnecting with me, rather than prioritizing the immediate healing of our relationship. Furthermore, **** attempted to terminate visits without cause, despite a judges order and direction from the other professionals involved that they should continue. As a result, the alienation worsened, and reunification was never achieved. Since September 15th, I have not had a visit with my children, missing key moments such as Christmas, New Year's, and my daughter CC's birthday. While I seek a refund for the services paid, no amount of money can restore the time lost due to Kates actions. Additionally, I paid over $2,375 for these services but am now told I still owe more than $1,937.50, with threats of collections. When I requested a full breakdown of services, payments, and their business license number, *** failed to respond to my inquiries. Given the failure to provide the required services and the ongoing billing dispute, I am requesting a full refund for services that were not rendered. While I am not seeking damages at this time, I will pursue further legal action if necessary.
