      There’s no diversity. The black staff are treated poorly. And they have no cameras for any elder protection or employee protection

      Thank you for the opportunity to clarify. We very proud of our companys inclusivity and openness to all: race, ethnicity, gender, age, identity, religion, etc. We value what these differences bring to our one shared goal: caring for our residents. And because our residents themselves bring different experiences and backgrounds, employing co-workers who can relate in many varied ways makes our connections and support only stronger. We also take seriously any concerns of mistreatment. If we receive any notices, we investigate immediately and follow the proper course of reporting to the state and more importantly addressing the situation. Lastly because it is the residents' home, they or their families may choose whether to install any recording devices, including video and voice-activated, in their apartments or not. The community has the right to add recording devices in common areas where we have notices posted. However we encourage all residents and staff to report any safety concerns related to others or themselves. And again we investigate immediately.
