    I ordered a 22 inch chain with a real stone on the chain. I received an 11 inch chain, with a piece of plastic on the end of it. We all know what real stones are, real rocks, this is a pos plastic look alike stone, and the chain is not stainless steel as described on their website. If i can pinch the prongs together to tighten it, then that is not stainless steel. These ignorant TIK TOK people who decide to sell a bunch of crap to people should be stopped. I paid over $25 with purchase and shipping to receive some crap I can make myself or buy in bubblegum machine. This is a rip off and I want my money back or a real actual stone sent, or for them to be shut down completely. They advertise all kinds of stones, and they look real online on social media. People are getting ripped off and this isnt right.

    Hello.   This customer ordered a Baltic Amber necklace.   Baltic Amber is not a stone but Resin from a tree.  It is very light in weight and is REAL Baltic Amber.   She obviously does not know about nature's stones.  We have been in business for 7 years and have never recieved one complaint!   We notified this customer to explain what she ordered.  She was given a FULL refund and kept the necklace.   She was also blocked from ordering again.  She is very unreasonable and we could forsee further issues dealing with this person.  Thank you for your time.

    I forgot to attach the proof of refund.   As you can see we notified her and refunded her before her complaint.  Her chain was indeed 22in as ordered.  She has it doubled in her photo.
