    I hired Lorenzo's Lawn Care for month of April. They included weekly lawn care, bi-weekly weeding and a spring cleanup. I paid for the month using checks 7644 for $159 for the spring cleanup which was cashed by him on 4/4/24. I paid for the lawn care and bi-weekly weeding with checks 7645 and 7646 in the amounts of $318 which were also cashed by him the same day. They only cut my grass once for the month, they did marginal trimming and no blowing the driveway and sidewalks. They only did one weeding of 2 of my beds. They pulled the weeds but also all my plants which investigating the cost would be $400 damage. They did show up once to do spring cleaning but did very little if no cleaning. I had multiple texts with the owner and he assured me customer satisfaction was his goal. He would take care of the damage done to the plants and as the owner would do weeding himself, however, he needed more clarity and what was to be weeded. I did question him on this asking as a landscaper shouldn't you know the difference between plants and weeds. He did ask if the first cut was acceptable and I was kind saying the first cut is always difficult however, in the future we did discuss how I personally cut it 3 different directions and he said he would do this. Then during our texts and phone calls after his first 2 visits he wasn't showing up so he did state on Friday April 18 they were coming to do the spring cleanup. They never showed up. On the 19th I texted him to ask why. Also during this lag my son had to cut the grass because of how high it was getting. One time 2 times in one week. Finally on April 29th I did get a text from him stating he had sent a letter to my residence stating they could not move forward maintaining my property for these reasons: Excessive water retention, lack of proper drainage, lawn being cut twice in one week which caused damage and he would be blamed. I never received a letter of which he also said he would send another.
