This place is a total rip off and shouldn't even be in business with the misleading videos. If you buy anything from the I suggest you go evaluate it in person because that is thier main excuse for selling junk. The green and white 70 Chevelle I purchased and me and delivery guy had to push it off his trailer. Video showed test driving like the car was in perfect condition. I refused to sign warranty and told them I requested a refund and they didn't respond back until I submitted a BBB report. I was called and told he would send me a $500 check when I go back and say I was satisfied and I declined and he responded lying saying he offered me $100 bucks. This place is a total scam and even pull back emails that I archived for proof. Take your business elsewhere, especially if you're not local because if you read all the reviews they are not local.Very dissatisfied customer here.******

You reached out to us asking for a refundon a 3 month / **** mile warranty more than 30 day into the warranty. Since when is any warranty company going to give you a full refund a third of the way into the warranty period. As a good faith gesturewe offered you a100% refund on thewarranty ($500). Your reply was"I do not know if I want to do that". We offered you what you were asking for and you're not sure if you want it now?? Then you file a complaint instead!!As per our phone conversation on Friday 2/9/24 you signed the sales documents on your **** Chevrolet Chevelle on 12/29/23, including the Bill of Sale as well as the Buyers Guide, stating that you wanted the 3 month / 3K mile powertrain warranty we were offering on the car at full retail price. You never reached out to our dealership by phone, text or email stating that you did not want the warranty included. Instead you filed a complaint more than a month after taking delivery of the car saying that you did not want the warranty. We offered you both verbally on the phone and through email a 100% refund on the warranty contract for your car. All that we asked in return was that you remove the complaint you filed or that you **** it as satisfied. Your response was "I do not know if I want to do that. You paid for the warranty ($500.00) and the shipping when you purchased the car on 12/29/23. You filed a complaint prior to ever even reaching out to anyone at our dealership to even discuss any running issues with the vehicle or a warranty refund. We also have a ********************************* which we provide you with a refund for the vehicle if for any reason you are not satisfied or it does not meet your expectations. This is also outlined on our website. If the car was in the condition you stated you were able to return it to us for a refund.

I bought a 78 ************* express from Hanksters. ***** made the process easy, and the car was delivered to me in just a few days. Bewar, if you are considering buying a car from them, only buy if you can go see the vehicle or have a trusted mechanic check the car before you wire them your money. The videos they posted on their site and on ******* lead you to believe that the car is in great condition, and everything works. Not the case here! When the car was delivered to me, the first thing I noticed was that the hood has a rather noticeable dent/scratch. Now I will say ***** said they would pay to have it removed so we will see how that goes. Next was the gas pedal was not fixed to the floor. It was simply laying on the floorboard. I give them credit here they sent me a new one. This truck is parked in my shop, and now I see that I have four small puddles on the concrete from leaks. One I am assuming is the transmission another is in the front under the motor, I have yet to determine where it is coming from. Then another is in the rear near the u joint and one under the pumpkin on the rear axle. It's just disappointing, this is the first classic car I ever bought. I chose this truck because as a child my dad had one and I loved it! If considering Hanksters, please don't do like I did. I live in ***** and bought from their PA shop. Make sure you can go by and have a look or try Streetside Classics. So, buyer beware. Don't take the word of the salesman.

Very misleading. Videos and pictures are deceptive. Stating that the plastic on the cowl top is to keep water and debris out. This is true if the cowls are rusted out. They claim to have 30 years of building and restoring classic cars, but yet the ************* stated how were they to know that the hats in the cowl were rusted out in the 65 mustang I purchased. He said that owner offered me a couple $100 to repair it. And it's a whole lot more than that to repair rusted out hats. Then he said I could ship it to him. And they would repair it for free. That would cost me $3000. False emblems on vehicles. Has 2+2 mustang on the side and it's not. This is for a manual transmission which I knew nothing of. I did want an automatic and he stated "that's what you got". But it does hurt the value of the car as i've spoke to other collectors. They have other mustangs with the same and are not. GM stated I should have known. All I wanted was a classic mustang. Sorry I don't know a lot about classic cars. I was putting my trust in them. But they do have a return policy. It's only 48 hours and no more than 25 miles driven. You do not have enough time to inspect car, but you have to pay $500 restocking fee. Rememburse them for shipping at $1000-$1500. You have to pay shipping there,$1000-$1500. You have to pay back the cost for the 3 month warranty. Don't know how much that is. So you're looking at around $4000 you pay if you want to return it. Some guarantee. They state classic car warranty and free shipping. there's no such thing from this company as free. it's all included in the price of the car because they are wanting that money back if you return it. So there's false advertisement there. I do not recommend anyone work with this company. some of you probably have had a good experience. I'm sure some of you have not. I am one of those that have not.

***************, We're very sorry your having an issue. You contacted us more than 30 days after you received the car to let us know that you have a water leak in the cowl vent area. I'm sorry but there were no signs of any water leaks inside the car. The car came in with a plastic cowl vent cover as most of them do. The purpose of the cover is to prevent debris and water from getting in the cowl hats and clogging them up, as well as causing rust to form. Unfortunately that is a very common issue on the 65 and 66 Mustang. You wanted to do our 48 hour return program and we stated that it's been more than a month and well past the 48 hour time period. You also had the whole dash out of the car. We ask you for pictures of the cowl hats and you emailed them to us. One had a crack in the seam sealer and the other had very minor pin holes starting to form. We ask you to get an estimate to repair them. You called a restoration shop (you didn't take it to them) and you told us they wanted $15,000 to replace them. They are very repairable, they do not need to be replaced. We then replied that's a ridiculous amount of money to do minor repairs. You insisted that we give you the $15,000 dollars. We offered to give you some money to help with repairs, more then the $100 you stated. We then offered you to get the car to our PA. shop and we would repair them for you at no charge. You refused that offer as well. We're trying to work through this with you but we can't offer you any more than we have. We're still her if you want to reach out to us.

They dont care about the small guy! I was approved for a classic car about to sign the final paperwork. I had a final concern and was declined on the proposal to lower the price 2200$. They did not offer to sit down and explain things better nor invite me to their facility. They tried to say others were interested in the car trying to pressure me. Turns out 3 weeka later they lowered the price of the car by 3000$. They are not a comfortable environment to make a large purchase! Not at all personable!!!

Hi *****, I'm very sorry for your experience. We work very hard to get customers and we do not want to disappoint them. I looked back at our records and I see that you sent a credit app on the black ************************************ our inventory and we did not lower the price. In fact we added all new wheels and tires and raised the price to account for that. Our sales people are very busy fielding calls and emails everyday and we do not lower our prices very often. It's very hard to find good classics and when we do we invest a fair amount of money into them to improve them. Again I'm sorry things didn't work out. If you still interested in the car we welcome you to call and have a discussion.
