    Hello, I made a 62.02 dollar purchase using the companies card system services on 4/6/2024 and was charged "twice" on 4/8/2024 after my transaction had settled . I am currently writing a complaint to report their business practices when dealing with refunding monies accrued from fraudulent charges. I have not been refunded my money and I have been directed to a third-party service provider for more information. I've been assured a refund within 24 hours of contacting the business merchant, and was immediately told to wait indefinitely after the refund was not received.

    A issue occurred with our Credit Card Processor where customers were double charged. as soon as we were alerted to the issue we contacted the credit card processor and they assured us that the effected customers would be refunded. further investigation into this complaint led us to contact the credit card processor again in specific regards to this customer and they were able to show us that the refund did indeed get issued back to the customer.

    On April 6th, 2024 our card reader system double charged every customer who used their credit/debit card that day.  The overcharges did not go into our sales or batch but was an error through our card reader's company.  We ourselves (The Dispensary Homestead) can not issue the refunds since we don't have the funds in our company) has been issuing the refunds on their end and customer should have received their refunds by now or will be issued those refunds soon!
