      Criminal. Coated our car with tar! Covered top to bottom, down interior doors, filling the trunk. Their tar truck dumped a barrel of tar on a street next to our car. Their driver fled the scene when the cops arrived (Article 75 violation!) did not give us insurance info. Officers obtained the insurance info but their insurance adjuster refuses to come out and take pictures or file a claim! Dozens of poor folks drove through that tar not knowing and will have to pay for the damage themselves because they didn't know it was *** ******'s paving company that damaged their cars. Three Port Authority buses also drove through the tar spreading it over 50feet down the road. Sailors Paving did not clean up the street (another Code violation). The owner told mom this tar is washable and that my mother in her 70s should just go hand wash it off?!?! She and I were covered from head to toe with tar. After an hour trying to get the tar out of my hair I had to shave my head! I soaked in a tub for 90 minutes and NONE of the tar would come off. I had to use acetone and scrub my face and body with a tire scrubbing brush
