      I ordered this on pre-order back in 2019. The business owner has gone dark and I and many others are out our 200+ dollar pre-order money. We deserve a refund and/or this company has earned the right to be gone after by those who protect us. This site was a big scam.

      Attached emails show the last time I was contacted by this company. I reached back out at the end of 2023 and have not received a response since then. Their website is also now in a fake "Maintenance" state.

      In June of 2020, I ordered 325 items from The Fans Strike Back.

      As of today, November 22, 2023, I have received only 50 of the items I ordered.

      I want the 275 items I have been waiting far too long for to be sent to me immediately. Or I want my money back for the 275 items immediately, which is $5,502.17.

      www.*****************.com originally offered 13 Star Wars figures as a pre-order later changed to crowd fund in 2019. They later offered a Star Wars Bantha vehicle.

      Between those 2 orders that were fully paid for and NOT delivered, I did order and receive 3 smaller orders, a Princess Leia, Rebel Troop Builder and Sandtrooper builder.

      www.thefansstrikeback.com were posting regular updates on their web site regarding the Bantha and unproduced 13 figures. They have not posted a new update or responded to update requests in the past 6 months.

      I would like a refund on the 13 undelivered figures $327.08 and Bantha $297.81 = $624.89

      This company introduced a pre-order for a set of vintage-style collectibles, and I paid over $350 for a pre-order of this set many years ago. There has been no information about delivery, and the company refuses to issue refunds for the money. I have contacted the company a half a dozen times with no reply. I gave them money for a product, they are not delivering that product, and also not issuing refunds, so basically they have stolen my money. I can only hope they do not get away with this and others also come forward to report this.

      The incident started many years ago but it is still ongoing because according to his website he still intends on delivering sometime, but now has gone silent in the last six months.  It's still very much a current situation.

      In September 2020 I placed an order for a set of 13 custom Star Wars action figures. The order was $333 + tax and shipping. ($361.49 total paid) At that time the order required a $50 down payment which I paid. Then in Nov 2020 The Fans Strike Back, LLC posted on their website that the entire set of figures would be shipping that month. They made it clear that if the balance of the order was not paid, the order would not ship. I paid the balance in Nov 2020 expecting delivery sometime shortly afterwards. As of the filing of this complaint, no part of the order was shipped at all. By the words of the owner in May 2022, only 4 of the 13 figures have been completed. I then attempted to negotiate a resolution where he instead sent me items he has in stock, he refused. When I filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General, he restricted communication from the Facebook group for his business. When I continued to press him for updates, he refused to provide any and blocked communication on Facebook all together. I am demanding the repayment of the full amount paid to The Fans Strike Back, LL for $361.49.

      ***** backed a crowdfunded (and by nature non-refundable) project, that is still within similar timeframes of others. This project has not yet completed production, but he is demanding things (like refunds) no one did of those others, and is similarly against our policy on this project.


      Everything relating to the project in question has been done “by the book”, and in line with others using a similar crowdfunding model. 


      The policy language on our website that he refers to was changed only after people attempting to abuse it, and that is well within our right as a business to do so. 


      This is not the first platform ***** has used in regards to this matter, and everything above has been explained multiple times publicly and privately. ***** then get upset when all of this was pointed out.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.



      As was specified before, at the time I signed up there was no
      language on the website anywhere that this was a crowd funded project.
      It was very clearly identified as a pre-order with clear estimates on
      delivery dates. That estimate of November 2020 is now almost 2 years
      old. This is a very clear attempt at deception as this new language added to the website provides the business the means to keep funds and not deliver product. I did not sign up for a crowdfund nor can the business provide any evidence that I agreed to these new crowdfunding terms. The response does not address anything within my complaint as the business continues to offer no alternatives to address the issue other than waiting on a now unspecified schedule.
