    I have no idea where this account came from. I do not know if they have some kind of hidden account creation through a different company but I NEVER gave unique card services my information. I contacted the phone number on file. **************** is awful. I can not believe they are trained to speak like that. I informed them I did not create this account and they said I have to contact the police. They will do investigation and give the exact ************* and ip address of application. I have never in my life heard of someone explaining they will provide my ip address and all that. That seems like they are full of ****. And thats what they do to get over on people such as myself. Seems alot of fraudulent activity is taking place. I did not give them any of my information. I have information where they tried to charge my card 2x on different dates before it even went through which is crazy to me because how are they saying I created an account if they couldn't even take the payment out. Thats crazy to me. This company is full of it.

    Listen I called in frustrated and seeking understanding about the type of account that I got mind you. Their hours are believed like 9:00 to 5:00. It seem like the women that are answering the phones are in cahoots and honestly racist because the first lady I started the call what I was like. Yeah I'm just be honest. I'm frustrated cuz ooh I had a different understanding about how all of this work and instead of her being even understanding or trying to explain it to me further she cuts me off mids saying well man it's in the terms and conditions this that and the third I said you know what this ain't going to work. So could you just transfer me to somebody else and she was like well. I don't know what I did. I'm doing the frustrate you. I was like listen. I'm on my 15-minute break at work. Could you just transfer me to somebody else She says I'll see if I can find somebody else for you and then she goes and gets her racist white friend I guess because by this time I had hung up and I decided I'm just going to call back on my own. So I called back on my own and the next lady tells me that my account was closed by the previous lady without even my permission. So as I'm speaking to her I said you know what. I don't know why she closed my f****** account. She got mad and said I was cursing at her and then I tried to explain that I wasn't cursing at her. I was cursing Miss sentence but she kept cutting me off interrupting my me speaking saying that she can reopen the account if I want to reopen the account and I'm telling her no listen. First of all I'm trying to address this first issue. Why would it have been okay for her to close my account in the first place? I'm not letting this go so then every time that I try to call back they're sending me to voicemail and when the racist ladies pick up they say your account has been canceled. You'll be refunded in three to five business days and hang up. They don't even ask my name cause they're screen my calls

    I was charged for unique card services I don't know what that is but it took $19.95 and I just want my money back please

    I am glad to have a membership back once again with Unique Card Services. I was a member a couple years ago. :) Love your services and company!
