    I needed a new roof and gutters and began to search for a roofing contractor online. Finding a company to do the work right can be a challenge. I got several quotes and each one was different not only in price but also in what was needed. One roofer said I needed new soffits and another said the skylight had to be replaced. Now I was confused in knowing what was really needed and thinking some roofers were just trying to upsell the job. I decided to use J&S Family Roofing because I knew right up front they were very experienced and honest. *****, who gave me the estimate, listened to all my concerns, took his time to address any questions I had, and he explained exactly what was needed without any upselling. The following week, I called ***** twice with questions and again, he very politely answered them and told me to call him anytime with any other concerns. I also spoke with ***** and ******, who were also knowledgeable and very helpful. J&S's review ratings were very high and I liked that they were certified GAF shingle installers. The work crew did the whole roof in one day and did a thorough job cleaning up. Being GAF certified, J&S was able to offer me their 25 year golden pledge warranty! The price was great and I couldn't ask for a better experience. BTW, I DID NOT need new soffits or a skylight. My roof looks fabulous and I am 100% happy with J&S Family Roofing and highly recommend them!
