    On 12/7/2022 We were charged $25 extra because the staff claimed that we "shot the wall twice". When we asked for proof, the staff said he "assumed" it was us because he didn't assign anyone at lane 8 that afternoon, and lane 8 is the spot closest to the wall.Facts:1. The wall the staff referred to was literally full of holes. We are still clueless which holes he's referring to that leads to a $25 penalty fee.2. The staff was only there in the afternoon, not in the morning.3. He wasn't monitoring the range the whole time. He only walked in 1-2 times during the 1 hour we're inside.4. The staff admitted himself that, quote, ""I can only assume" the hole was shot by us, and he "does not have proof".5. The staff agreed that "you can say it's unlucky for you guys to be assigned to lane 8."This is outright ridiculous and unfair. This is simply a situation where, 1. They saw there're holes on the wall 2. We're at the lane closet to the wall, so boom 3. We are the ones that got charged $25 extra. We used the the lane for one hour One adult 20.00 Second person 12.00 2 targets 2.50 25.00 wall damage fee
