    1/13/2025 technician came out to replace my water pump. He intentionally dumped 12 gallons of coolant in the parking lot of the scale house near ******** *******. It took him 9 1/2 hours total time so they tried to bill me which included him having to run to freightliner a couple times going to get coolant twice. Also watching videos multiple times in his truck on how to replace a water pump at least I assume. They did work with me on the bill since he did such an awful job and took so long. 1/14/2025 in the morning my truck made it to *****, ******* and the water pump pulley fell off. Tech did not fully tighten the bolts causing pulley to come off. It chewed up the belt tensioner and sheared the bolts off the water pump. This happened at the exit 10 ramp near the ** so they went ahead and gave a quote. I forwarded it to ****. She would not call me back and I ended up paying $2123.28 which Id like to be reimbursed for immediately. **** ignored my calls all day even though she stated multiple times I would get a call back and that she had to ask management. I could only reach her voicemail or if I called her on a different number.

    On 04/11/2023 I had my vehicle towed to Interstate Fleet Services, LLC's New Jersey location for repair. I was advised by the mechanic on what part to purchase. Once the part was received, I was told it was incorrect and I would need to order the correct part. I told them that I did not want to pay for another part before receiving a refund for the incorrect part. I was told refunds are generally processed within 30 days. Thirty days have come and gone and the only thing I've gotten thus far is the runaround. I have spoken to the supervisor, ****, on numerous occasions, with the most recent being the week of June 4 - 10th. She indicated the refund has been issued and this matter is out of her hands now. I was directed to contact the company at [email protected]. An email was sent on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, and as of today, I have not received a reply. I have attached a copy of the invoice I received (#*****), as well as a copy of the email sent to their corporate office. At this point, all I want is a total refund.

    Mechanic broke a part by prying on it. Company has been difficult to work with. And refuses to make it right.
