    I HAVE REPEATEDLY CALLED AND ASKED THESE PEOPLE TO REMOVE MY NAME AND ADDRESS FROM THEIR MAILING LIST AND THEY ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO DO SO. I HAVE SPOKEN TO WOMEN IN THEIR OFFICE WHO HAVE TOLD ME THEY WILL TAKE MY NAME AND ADDRESS OFF THEIR MAILING LIST AND THE JUNK MAIL NEVER ENDS FROM THEM!!! I HAVE NEVER DONE AN OUNCE OF BUSINESS WITH THEM AND I NEVER WILL!!! THEY ARE DECEITFUL AND THEIR JUNK MAIL COMES IN A BLUE ENVELOPE SO THAT THE CONSUMER THINKS IT IS SOME KIND OF BIRTHDAY CARD. IT IS HAND WRITTEN AND DOES NOT EVEN HAVE MY LAST NAME ON IT. WHEN YOU OPEN IT, IT IS NOTHING BUT JUNK MAIL. THEY ARE PAYING A MARKETING COMPANY TO HOUND ME WITH THEIR GARBAGE AS THE RETURN ZIP CODE IS 40221 WHICH IS NOT A PA ZIP CODE. THESE PEOPLE NEVER STOP HOUNDING ME WITH THEIR CRAP AND I HAVE REACHED MY LIMIT WHICH IS WHY I AM FILING THIS COMPLAINT. I HAVE SPOKEN TO AN ACTUAL HUMAN BEING THERE ASKING THEM TO TAKE MY NAME OFF THEIR LIST WHO THEN TOLD ME THEY WOULD AND YET THE HARASSMENT NEVER ENDS. WHY THEY CANNOT HONOR A SIMPLE BASIC REQUEST IS BEYOND MY COMPREHENSION AND I AM SICK OF CONTACTING THEM. I HOPE THE BBB CAN GET THESE PEOPLE TO CEASE AND DESIST WITH THE CONSTANT JUNK MAIL.     Broken Window which carries a lifetime warranty purchased From Window World Hatfield Pa. in 2007 which is no longer in business. Placed 1st call to report having an issue on 4/7/22@3:20PM spoke to Gracie. Placed 2nd call on 4/19/22@3:40PM spoke to Kristen. Placed 3rd call on 5/16/22@4:41PM spoke to Raisen. Placed 4th call on 6/10/22@9:03AM spoke to Maka. Received no response from business and am wanting the broken window repaired/replaced. Window will not stay in the up position. Had same issue with this window back in 2020, took 3 calls to get window repaired then, repair man was in our home 7/8 minutes. 2nd time issue with this window.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ******** and find that this resolution is NOT satisfactory to me. I called phone number ###-###-#### which is the Horsham Pa. office and was routed to Carolina office. I was told by them that when the Horsham office phone is busy, all calls get routed to them in Carolina.
    The Business states I was calling the WRONG OFFICE, I was NOT calling the wrong office, I was calling ###-###-#### which is the Horsham office
    Today, July 25, 2022, James from the Horsham office was here and corrected the problem.
    We are now satisfied the problem has been corrected.
