    On 12/1 my inspection on my vehicle was up. I had gotten my paycheck on 12/18 and went to brooks auto repair. **** brooks had told me he did not have the inspection stickers yet but I had the money at that time so I paid in advance and kept the receipt. During the last 3 months we had been seeing eachother and he has worked on my car for other issues without a problem. Him continuing to state he had not received stickers from ********** yet. He had wanted a relationship with me but then when he found out I was seeing someone else he just stopped talking to me. Today 1-29 I had sent him a text stating that I was coming by the shop to either get my car inspected or to get a refund so I could take my car somewhere else. Then he started texting me stating that the money I gave him on ***** was for LAST years inspection and that he would not give me my refund. I have paid him upfront for all services he has done and for the inspection last year. I brought up the fact that if I hadnt paid for last years inspection why would he have worked on my car multiple times in the last year? Then taken my 60$ for this years inspection right when I needed the inspection this year. He now refuses to refund me or do my inspection.

    **** brooks ***** ***** did not pay for inspection year before an was post to said would an took deposit to bank for me an opened seal deposit took 400 dollars out an crossed out cash an only put in checks didnt get her arrested she said would pay back didnt an took money from my house numers times so said pay back she came down for inspection paid with card for psi told her for last year said when get stickers let me now for inspection then just started going nuts took to long to get an wanted money back 60 dollars told her u owe me so much money u took an owe for last years inspection not geting back an been nuts ever since so is what is going on
