    We had a screened porch addition done by this company that was completed in Nov. of 2022 that had a one year warranty for workmanship that was included in the price. We have tried numerous times to contact the said company to have a problem with the workmanship corrected and have only gotten the run around . We would like either to have the issue corrected or return part of the money that was paid as they have not honored the warranty .

    Contract was signed with business late March 2021 to have roof replaced summer 2021. Deposit ($4750) of half project price ($9500) was sent 4/2/2021 (cashed soon thereafter). Estimated time of project was June/July 2021. Contractor communicated problems with material procurement (first membrane roofing, then desired color shingles) over remainder of 2021. He and we decided for him to keep the deposit and we would return to the project in spring 2022. Communications picked up spring 2022 trying to determine an installation date. Only concrete date offered by contractor did not fit our schedule (week of 6/13/2022). Reschedules (week of 6/20 and 7/8) came and went with no communications from contractor. Since 7/6, have texted him 5 times at his cell number (###-###-####) with no responses, have left voicemails at that number and the business number ###-###-####, again with no responses, and sent emails to ******************@*****.com, ****@******************.com and via the contact page on company website ******************.com asking for my deposit to be refunded, all with no response. My latest attempt to contact him by any means was 8/25/2022.

    Attached are a copy of the contract, a copy of the check and one of the emails I sent requesting the refund.
