    I have been trying to resolve my issue with this magazine since the beginning of August. I have emailed this company over 6 times trying to get the Fall issue of this magazine as I got an email from them stating it was mailed. out. OK......After NUMBEROUS EMAILS (OVER 6) now they are saying I never renewed my subscription which I did on April 26th, 2023. With that subscription I should have rec'd the Fall Issue. I will attached my receipt. I have sent them at least 4 emails within the last 2 days stating that YES I DID SUBSCRIBE and have rec'd no response upon asking for one. I keep getting the run around. I paid ***** on April 26th, Order ***** dated April 26th for the Fall Issue. You cannot call them as their phone immediately goes to voice mail then cuts you off. I would like this resolved quickly please and thank you.

    This is in regards to  complaint ID ********.  Country Rustic did send me a refund for ***** 2 weeks ago.  I am satisfied with the results.  I appreciate your assistance in getting this matter taken care as I believe they would have done nothing.  I am very disappointed in Country Rustic Magazine.  The way they handle their business it would not surprise me that they go under.  I soo appreciate all your help.  Thank you again.

    Gentlemen: 

    Please find our response to the above-noted complaint below. 

    Please be advised that we received numerous harassing phone calls, voicemails and emails from the complainant with regard to her order #***** placed with us on April 26th this year. Several of the emails we received were actually threatening, with language undeserving of a reply. 

    On August 30th, 2023, we provided a full refund ($34.00) via ******, which was returned to us by the complainant. 
    However, on September 16th, we successfully refunded the complainant the sum of $34.00 per order #***** via her credit card. 

    At this point, despite the fact that the complainant had already received several magazines, we provided a full refund for her order #*****. It would appear that the complainant wishes to concentrate more on harassing and threatening us via this Complaint, other than the fact that we have more than fulfilled any obligation on our part, having provided a full refund for her order.
