    Ordered Mighty Thirsty Mop.
    They do not sell mop heads. If I want mop heads I have to purchase another mop. What a practice, what a scam, what a landfill waste.

    These people claimed my card was declined and said I had NO order so my husband order with his card and they sent the nerve thing for his elderly friend. Then a month later my paypal shows reoccurring charges to this company and they stole my money from my credit card. I did NOT order anything especially reoccurring! They sent an email refusing to give me back my money. I do NOT want any product they have and have not ordered. I want these charges off my credit card! They have NO tracking number and I feel they are out right scammers! They took my money without my permission!

    I never submitted my order, but they charged me $51 for the Be Active Plus. I called and they said I could refuse the order but that I'd have to pay shipping to have it returned. This is for an item I never ordered!
    They refused to waive the charge so I called my credit card and submitted a fraudulent charge claim. SCAM!!!!

    try to call a stupid computer answer the phone this company is a ripoff
    if you call customer service you get no answer
